Breathtaking Imagery from Every Altitude
Professional aerial photography with cinema-grade cameras. Architecture, landscape, marketing, and more.
What We Deliver
Precision Imagery, Professionally Handled
DroneMaster aerial photography is built around one principle: delivering images that work hard for your project. We operate camera systems capable of capturing stills at 100MP and above in medium-format quality, ensuring every shot retains extraordinary detail whether it ends up on a billboard, a planning submission, or a property listing. Every mission includes multiple altitude passes — from low-level establishing shots to high-altitude context views — giving you a complete set of perspectives to choose from. All imagery is shot in RAW format for maximum post-processing latitude, then colour-corrected and retouched by our in-house editing team before delivery. We also offer advanced compositing and sky-replacement services where required. Commercial licensing is included as standard, covering you for advertising, print, broadcast, and digital use. Whether you need a single hero image or a comprehensive library of assets, DroneMaster ensures every frame reflects the quality and professionalism your audience expects.
Subject Areas
What We Photograph
Architectural & Residential
We capture the scale, form, and craftsmanship of buildings from angles impossible to achieve from the ground. Our architectural aerial photography is widely used by architects, interior designers, and residential developers to document and market completed projects.
Commercial Properties
From retail parks and industrial estates to office campuses, aerial photography communicates the full footprint and strategic location of a commercial asset. We deliver images optimised for investor brochures, planning documents, and marketing campaigns.
Landscape & Tourism
Rolling countryside, coastlines, national parks, and urban landscapes each demand a unique visual approach. Our landscape aerial photography captures the drama and character of any environment for tourism boards, travel publishers, and conservation bodies.
Events & Gatherings
Capture the atmosphere and scale of large gatherings from above. We photograph music festivals, sporting events, community days, and corporate functions, delivering context-rich imagery that conveys the energy of your event in a single frame.
Infrastructure & Utilities
Transmission lines, road networks, renewable energy installations, and water treatment facilities all benefit from regular aerial documentation. We provide annotated imagery for asset management, insurance, and public communications teams.
Agriculture & Land
Estate agents, landowners, and rural businesses use aerial photography to showcase the extent and character of their holdings. We photograph farms, forestry, sporting estates, and managed conservation land throughout the UK.
Step by Step
Our Photography Process
Brief & Shot List
We start every commission with a thorough brief to build a precise shot list. You tell us the angles, altitudes, compositions, and intended uses; we translate that into a structured flight plan that eliminates guesswork on the day. For complex shoots, we circulate a draft shot list for your approval in advance.
Location Reconnoitre
Prior to the flight, our team conducts a remote site assessment using mapping software and satellite imagery to identify any obstacles, airspace restrictions, or access considerations. For sensitive sites or complex environments, we schedule an in-person recce to plan the exact flight path and camera positions.
Flight & Capture
On the day of the shoot our pilot completes a pre-flight safety check, weather assessment, and NOTAM review before launching. We typically execute multiple passes at varying altitudes and use both nadir (straight down) and oblique camera angles to ensure a comprehensive set of images within the agreed flight window.
Post-Production & Delivery
Every image undergoes professional colour grading, exposure correction, lens distortion removal, and selective retouching before delivery. You receive full-resolution JPEG and RAW files via a secure download portal, along with a same-day preview gallery so you can confirm coverage before the final edit is completed.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What resolution cameras do you use?
Our primary photography platform uses a Hasselblad medium-format sensor capable of capturing stills at 100 megapixels, delivering extraordinary detail retention even at significant crop. For assignments requiring lighter equipment or faster turnaround, we also operate a 48MP Sony Micro Four Thirds system. All cameras shoot in RAW format for maximum post-production flexibility, and we calibrate colour profiles to match your brand or the intended output medium.
Can you photograph in all weather conditions?
Our aircraft are rated for light wind and dry conditions; we do not fly in rain, heavy wind, or low visibility as these conditions compromise both safety and image quality. We monitor weather forecasts closely in the week leading up to every shoot and liaise with you proactively if conditions look unfavourable. Rescheduling due to weather is always free of charge. We also recommend flexible scheduling windows of two to three days to maximise the chances of capturing ideal lighting conditions.
Do I own the copyright?
We transfer full commercial licensing rights to you upon delivery of the final images. This covers all forms of use including advertising, editorial, broadcast, and digital. You do not need to credit DroneMaster in your published materials. We do retain the right to use images in our own portfolio and marketing unless a full rights buyout is specifically negotiated — please ask about this option if your project requires complete exclusivity.
How much does aerial photography cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the location, number of required perspectives, post-production complexity, and turnaround requirement. A standard single-location property shoot typically starts from £295 including editing and delivery. Larger architectural or commercial commissions are quoted individually. Contact us with your brief and we will provide a fixed-price quote within 24 hours — there are no hidden fees, day-rate overruns, or surprise licence charges.
